Florida Speed Academy was born from good faith, humble beginnings, and a vision to transform the lives of young people. Its founder, Coach Moore, grew up in Pahokee, Florida — a community known for its grit, resilience, and deep family roots. Raised by his mother, Classie, who worked three jobs to keep the lights on and food on the table, he learned early what sacrifice and determination truly meant.
With his older brother, Antone, stepping into a leadership role within the household, Coach Moore was introduced to Track & Field at a young age. He competed for underfunded programs like the City of Pahokee and later represented Pahokee High School from 6th through 12th grade. Those experiences shaped him — not just as an athlete, but as a young man who understood the power of opportunity, mentorship, and community support.
Growing up in a challenging environment didn’t break him; it built him. It sparked a dream: to create something he never had — a structured, supportive, development‑focused program for youth.
That dream became FS NextGEN, a youth development organization designed to give back to the next generation. What started as a personal mission has grown into a business rooted in service, leadership, and long‑term community impact.
Today, FS NextGEN operates with the same values that shaped its founder:
• Faith in the potential of every child
• Commitment to daily improvement
• A belief that the next generation deserves better opportunities
FS NextGEN isn’t just a program — it’s a movement. A business built to develop young athletes, inspire future professionals, and strengthen communities one child at a time.
This is where purpose becomes action. This is where the NextGEN begins.
